[Drama Time] Pretty Man ep. 8

Recordemos que In Joong le pidió a Mate meterse en un escándalo para pagar lo que hizo, la persona con la que debe tener el escándalo es nada mas y nada menos que la estrella mundial, Myomi. Él esta dispuesto a meterse en un escándalo con Myomi si ella le deja "libre". 
Let's remember that In Joong asked Mate to get into a scandal to pay what he did, the person must have the scandalwith  is nothing more and nothing less than the world star, Myomi. He is willing to get involved in a scandal with Myomi if she leaves him "free."

Nótese el cambio de voz entre el "Cómo esta la fragancia?" y el "Qué dices? Mi fragancia es mejor?"

Mate le pregunta si In Joong sabe de alguna debilidad para que ella haga esto, pero ella no contesta y mejor propone tomar café. De regreso Myomi le dice que si tiene un escándalo con ella su vida va a cambiar, que conocerá un nuevo mundo en cuanto el artículo salga, y le da unas gafas porque las necesitará... pero, Mate está sintiendo algo! Su corazón late rápido, le está gustando? Ella sentirá algo por él? 
Mate asks if In Joong knows of any weakness for her to do this, but she doesn't answer and proposes better drink coffee. On the way back Myomi tells him if he has a scandal with her his life is going to change and he'll know a whole new world once the article comes out, and gives him sunglasses because he'll need them... but Mate is feeling something! His heart beats faster, he likes her? Will she feel something for him?

Ooooh, el papá!! Su cirugía se acerca, pero está bastante enterado de lo que hace Mate, yo no esperaba que tuviera tanto interés por como está su hijo, incluso quería verlo antes de ir a Estados Unidos.

David y Bo Tong llegan al edificio donde está su oficina y ven a muchos reporteros que están ahí para esperar a Mate. Lo empiezan a acosar y Bo Tong va a protegerlo. Después de que ven los artículos, Bo Tong está muy triste mientras que David le dice que es el mejor, la expresión de David es maravillosa! jajaja
David and Bo Tong arrive at the building where is their office and see many reporters that are there waiting for Mate. They begin to harass him but Bo Tong goes to protect him. After watching the articles Bo Tong is very sad and David says he's the best, David's expression is wonderful! lol

In Joong le dice a la señora que los vio en el restaurante que Mate está saliendo con Myomi y le estaba pidiendo guardar el secreto.
In Joong says to the old lady that saw them at the restaurant that Mate's dating Myomi and he was asking her to keep the secret.

Yu Ra se entera de los detalles de que Hong Ran tuvo un bebe en Nueva York, y luego vemos a David haciendo negocios en inglés porque estudió un tiempo justo en Nueva York...

Después de ver a Myomi haciendo la firma de autógrafos en un lugar que ni ellos conocen, Mate se reúne con In Joong. Le confiesa que usar sus conexiones para vender sus calcetines es algo vergonzante para él, usó su soledad para sobrevivir, pero que no ha pasado ni un solo día que no se sienta avergonzado por lo que hizo, porque sabe que es un éxito que no logró él mismo. Así que le pide que pare de usar a Myomi, que ella no es una persona que deba dar firma de autógrafos en una carnicería a las afueras de la ciudad. In Joong le pregunta si le gusta Myomi y si está al tanto que es lesbiana. Mate le pide que no haga a otra gente miserable a causa de su soledad. 
After seeing Myomi doing autograph signings in a place that they don't even know, Mate meets In Joong. He confesses that using hier connections to sell the socks is something embarrassing for him, he used her loneliness to survive, but hasn't spent a single day he doesn't feel ashamed for what he did, because he knows that it is a success that didn't achieve himself. So asks her to stop using Myomi, she's not a person to give autographs at a butcher shop outside of the city. In Joong asks if he likes Myomi and if he's aware that she is a lesbian. Mate asks her not to make another people miserable because of her loneliness.

Myomi le pide a Mate que lleve sodas al staff y después ella le pregunta porque cayó en la red de In Joong, él le explica acerca del negocio y como quiere retribuirle a su mamá por lo que hizo por él.
Myomi asks Mate to buy sodas for her staff and then she asks him why he fell into the web of In Joong, he explains about the business and how he wants to give back to her mother for what she did for him.




La mama de Bo Tong llama a Mate para invitarlo a cenar en casa de David, él ve lo bien que se llevan todos y como que no le agrada la idea. Como están tomando cerveza Mate decide no pedir a un chofer y quedarse ahí ante la mirada sorprendida del dueño de la casa! Mate pregunta donde se quedan los honorables invitados y David le dice en la casa de campaña... al puro estilo Glamping, Mate! 
Bo Tong's mom called Mate to invite him to dinner at David's house, he sees how well they get along and he doensn't really like the idea. As they're drinking beer Mate decides not ask for a driver and stay there even with the surprised look of the owner of the house! Mate asks where the honored guests stay and David says in the tent ... Pure Glamping style , Mate!

Pero es en ese pequeño, simple lugar donde nuestros dos hombres tienen una conversación mas amigable y gentil de lo que hemos visto. Mate le pregunta a David porque no vive en la casa, David le dice a Mate que sabe que su mamá falleció hace poco tiempo y le pregunta como es una casa sin una madre, Mate responde que piensa mucho, así que David le da la razón, por eso vive afuera, la mamá de David también falleció? No necesariamente tiene que fallecer, responde él. Sin embargo Mate rompe la seriedad preguntando por un humidificador pues tiene la nariz seca, parece que ambos lograron entenderse un poco más y están satisfechos con su corta conversación.
But it is in that small , simple place where our two men have a more friendly and gentle conversation of what we have seen . Mate asks David why he doesn't stay at home, David tells Mate he knows his mother died recently and asks how is a home without a mother, Mate answer that he's thinking so much, so David gives reason, that's why he stays outside, David's mother also died? Not necessarily, he replies . However Mate breaks the seriousness asking for a humidifier as he has dry nose, it seems that both managed to understand each other a little more and are satisfied with their short conversation .



In Joong le manda la grabación a Mate donde él le propone ser su amante, enseguida aparece David diciendo que los compradores de Houston cancelaron el contrato, no puede entender porque, ya que revisó todo y no parecían inconformes con nada. In Joong le llama para decirle que puede hacer que las fabricas en China dejen de trabajar, él alega que eso no fue lo que prometió pero ella responde que él fue el que no cumplió su promesa. 
In Joong sends Mate the recording where he proposes to be her lover, David immediately comes saying that Houston buyers canceled the contract, can't understand why, as he checked everything and they didn't seem uncomfortable with anything. In Joong called to tell him she can make factories in China to stop working, he claims that it wasn't what she promised but she replied that it was him who did not keep the promise.

Mate llama Myomi para decirle que regresará con In Joong pero ella le dice que no lo haga, que espere. Él tiene miedo de ser expuesto, que ella sea ridiculizada, y además hay gente que es devota a la compañía, que renunció a su trabajo en grandes corporaciones para unirse, lo que tiene que hacer es protegerlos. 
Mate calls Myomi to say he'll return with In Joong but she tells him to not do it, to wait. He is afraid of being exposed, that she will be ridiculed, and there are people who are devoted to the company, who quit their job in big corporations to join, what he has to do is protect them.

David le recuerda a Mate que le preguntó que pasaría si las fabricas pararan. Le dice que cuando lo conoció ni siquiera tenían un certificado de registro, que puede empezar todo otra vez. Mate le da la razón, porque él es Dokgo Mate.
David reminds Mate that asked him what would happen if the factories stop. He said that when he met him didn't even have a certificate of registration, he can start all over again. Mate agrees with him, because he is Dokgo Mate.

El amigo del cual no logro aprenderme su nombre :P le dice a Bo Tong que debe aumentar su fortuna en vez de su amor para estar con Mate, pero ella tiene una idea de como declararse.

Bo Tong le dice a David que se va a confesar, que envió una historia a la radio y se va a confesar en la transmisión en vivo, la cara de David no es para menos.

Bo Tong le dice a Mate que escuche la radio, que DEBE escucharla. Pero en ese momento está la premiación para mejor actriz el cual lo gana Myomi, Mate ve la premiación en una pantalla.

Mientras tanto In Joong se encuentra con el periodista-paparazzi de la vez anterior.

Bo Tong empieza su confesión por la radio, y Myomi su discurso donde dice que ama a Dokgo Mate!! Que por el amor que le tiene va a confesar, Myomi... tiene un hijo de 10 años!! Eso es lo que sabía In Joong, y ahora que Myomi misma lo ha confesado prácticamente se libera de ella. Es así como Mate aprende que el tiempo es una arma fuerte.
Bo Tong begins her confession on the radio, and Myomi her speech where she says she loves Dokgo Mate! That by the love she has will confess, Myomi ... has a 10 year old son! That's what In Joong knew, and now that Myomi herself has confessed practically she gets free of her. That's how Mate learns that time is a strong weapon.

Bo Tong sigue confesándose pero David aparece y le quita el teléfono, le dice que no lo haga, que lo molesta... y ya!!!

Parece que ya va agarrando más forma no? Creo que eso de que "solo es un drama donde un chico bonito vende calcetines" se está quedando atrás, uds que piensan?

[Drama Time] Pretty Man ep. 7

Las ventas no están yendo bien, Bo Tong esta preocupada de que Mate quede endeudado, con solo 30 minutos restantes, cómo pueden vender todo? Yu Ra le llama a Mate para decirle que esta siendo un desastre y que es ahora cuando debe hacer uso de la reina de las conexiones... 

Sales are not going well, Bo Tong's worried that Mate has a debt, with just 30 minutes left, how can they sell it? Yu Ra called Mate to tell him that this is a disaster and now is when he should make use of the Queen of the connections ...

In Joong esta repartiendo comida y dejó afuera a la escritora Yu... qué no se llama así la guionista del drama? 
In Joong is distributing food and left out to writer Yu ... That's not the name of writer of the drama?

Mate le llama para pedirle ayuda y ella le dice la tercera regla de las conexiones, atentos todos!! 
Mate called for help and she tells him the third rule of connections everyone stay tuned!

Auch!!! Ella se está negando a ayudar! Pero Mate recuerda que no hay nadie mejor que pueda controlar a la gente que él.

Bo Tong le pide al staff que la dejen hacer una aparición mientras llora de desesperación, Mate se siente culpable de ser la causa de sus lagrimas.

Lo que sigue me dejó boquiabierta!!! Mate dice que hay conexiones que quieres esconder. "Una persona que no quiero que se conecte con nadie alrededor mío. Una conexión única" y es entonces donde le dice que será su amante! Entonces en media hora ella tendrá que vender 300,000...  ella le dice que le de 5 minutos. Caray! Si Dokgo Mate me propusiera ser mi amante yo también muevo a mis pocos contactos :P
What follows left me dumbfounded! Mate says there are connections that you want to hide. "A person whom I don't want to connect with anyone around me. Y es entonces cuando otra mujer aparece, Myomi, se tomó una foto limpiando con los calcetines y es no. 1 en búsquedas.

Hong Ran les manda flores por el éxito de las ventas. Y Yu Ra dice que el papá de Mate debe proteger su posición.

Mate y los demás van a celebrar pero In Joong lo cita en el bar de un hotel. Él no se ve muy cómodo haciendo eso, se entera que In Joong ha estado separada de su esposo por 3 años, y que estas vacaciones esta esperanzada en no pasarlo sola...
Mate and others will celebrate it but In Joong calls to make an appointment at a hotel's bar. He doesn't look very comfortable doing that, now he knows that In Joong has been separated from her husband for 3 years, and this holiday is hopeful not be alone...

Bo Tong se emborracha, mientras la vemos tomar ya podemos notar sus mejillas rojas! XD

Regresamos con Mate que vaya que se está asustando con la propuesta que le está haciendo In Joong de ir a tomar al cuarto! Pero lo salva la campana! Bo Tong le llama y le dice que va a explotar por culpa de él, Mate se preocupa porque  "explote" y dice que es peligroso y se excusa diciendo que alguien de su staff tiene el apéndice explotado.... Waaaa Mate, que buenas ideas tienes! XD
We go back with Mate that is scared with the proposal is making In Joong of going to drink in the room! But he gets saved with the hood! Bo Tong calls him and tells him she is going to explode because of him, Mate worries because "it explodes" and says it's dangerous and excuses saying that his staff has exploded appendix .... Waaaa Mate, such good ideas you have! XD



A David le duele ver a Bo Tong en ese estado, y le pide que se vayan a casa. Mate va a verla cuando ya está dormida, después de agradecerle por salvarlo, y de analizar si su foto es muy pequeña... Mate no se podía ir así nada mas, verdad?
David hurts him to see Bo Tong like that, and asks her to go home. Mate goes to see her when she's already asleep, after thank her for saving him, and to analyze if his photo is too small ... Mate couldn't go just like this, right?



Mate y David tienen una conversación de quien tuvo la culpa de que Bo tong tomara tanto, que como la trajeron, y si el bonito oppa conoce a Myomi porque de no ser por ella estarían en ruinas, Mate asegura que fue por el trabajo que tanto Bo Tong y David hicieron que lograron vender todo. 
Matt and David have a conversation of who was guilty that Bo tong drink that much, how they went back home, and if the pretty oppa knows Myomi because otherwise they would be ruined by, Mate assures that the work both Bo Tong and David did, managed to sell everything.

Bueeeenos días!! David no puede evitar la risa al ver la cara de Bo Tong... y estoy segura que ustedes tampoco!! El carrito con el arbolito en sus cejas es lo mejor!! Bo Tong está tan fascinada de que su oppa le haya tocado la cara mientras la pintaba que no se quiere lavar. Definitivamente veo a Jang Keun Suk haciendo eso en la vida real... 
Goooooog morning! David can't help but laugh to see Bo Tong's face...and I'm sure you neither! ! The little car with the tree in her eyebrows is the best!! Bo Tong is so fascinated that her oppa touched her face while painted that doesn't want to wash. I definitely see Jang Keun Suk doing that in real life...

Y Yu Ra anda haciendo de las suyas, al parecer mandó investigar a su ex-suegra y descubrió que se escondió 3 años en Nueva York. Entonces nos vamos con ella y un grupo de ahjummas tejiendo, Hong Ran parece hacerlo bien como si hubiera criado niños. Hum, estoy pensando en algo pero Teeeengo mieeeedo, logré traducir una frase del manhwa que no supe como interpretar pero ahora... ok, esperemos a que pase en el drama jeje Sigamos, y es que aunque dice que solo ha tejido para su nieta, la verdad es que tuvo un hijo en NY! Yu Ra ahora entiende porque quiere quitar al papá de su hija. 
And Yu Ra is doing her thing, apparently sent to investigate her ex-mother in law and discovered that she hid three years in New York. Y... cortan la escena con David... OMG!! Entonces si es? No? Aish...  mientras David está sufriendo de amor... T____T
And .. cut the scene with David ... OMG! So he is? No? Aish ... meanwhile David is suffering from love ...

Mate discute con Bo Tong que David se una a ellos por su propia cuenta, y manda a Bo Tong a buscar una oficina en las mejores áreas de Seúl.

Ya en la noche llega Bo Tong con David, que luego luego se le iluminó su cara con tan solo verla... Ah~ el amor!!! Ella le dice que le duelen los pies por andar caminando todo el día buscando la oficina. David se molesta preguntando que hace el malo oppa entonces y pasan a Mate a punto de ponerse una mascara facial!! XD David le dice a Bo Tong que coma mientras hace una llamada, mmm con esa cara molesta de David solo puede llamar a una persona.
At night Bo Tong comes back to David's home, his face brightened with only her ... Ah~ love!!! She tells him that her feet hurt from walking all day looking for the office. David gets upset asking what that mean oppa is doing and then we see Mate about to put a face mask!! XD David tells Bo Tong to eat while he makes a call, mmm with that David's annoying face he can only call one person.

Mate termina de ponerse su mascara y recibe la llamada, David pide que se vean pero Mate dice que si no es urgente puede esperar al otro día, David le pregunta si no quiere agradecerle a Bo Tong. Por cierto, David cree que se esta poniendo la mascara facial por como habla... Mate, David debe ser mejor que La Hada Eléctrica para adivinar eso con solo escucharte por teléfono!!
Matte finishes putting on his mask and receives the call, David asked to see each other but Mate said that if it's not urgent can wait for the next day, David asks if doesn't want to thank Bo Tong. By the way, David believes that he has a facial mask by his speaking ... Mate, David should be better at guessing than Electric Fairy to guess that only hearing you on the phone!



Ta taaan, la oficina esta lista! Y los puestos también, David es el líder de equipo, así que... tiene que conseguir uno. Y Bo Tong insiste en que Mate es solo presidente de nombre por lo que no sabe de esas cosas. Por cierto, de nuevo Mate salió con una frase en inglés, ya me está acostumbrando...
Ta daaan, the office is ready! And the positions too, David is the team leader, so ... has to get one. And Bo Tong insists that Mate is president in name only so he doesn't know many things. By the way, Mate said a phrase in english again, I'm getting used to it...

Mate recibe un mensaje de In Joong pidiendo tomar el vino que quedó pendiente. Yu Ra va a visitar la nueva oficina y resulta que David la conoce!

Yu Ra pregunta quien nombró a la empresa "Bo Tong" y Mate dice que él. Yu Ra dice que es un buen nombre.

In Joong esta vez llama a Mate y él rechaza la llamada. Ella le da el cuarto principio de las conexiones. "No hagas enemigos". Mate pide ayuda a Yu Ra, pero ella le dice que una vez en la red de In Joong no es fácil salirse, pero le recuerda que ella tiene un botón, y hay algo que ella teme demasiado.
In Joong calls Mate and he rejects the call. She gives him the fourth principle of connections. "Do not make enemies." Mate asks for help to Yu Ra, but she tells him that once the gets in her web is not easy to get away, but reminds her that she has a button, and she fears something too.

Se encuentran todos cuando Bo Tong y David regresan de comprar algo caliente para la invitada, Mate se percata que hay algo entre David y Yu Ra. Me parece tan simpática la manera en que Yu Ra mueve su cabeza para saludar o despedirse...
Everyone met when Bo Tong and David return to buy something warm for the guest, Mate realizes that there is something between David and Yu Ra. It seems funny to me how Yu Ra moves her head to greet or say goodbye...
